Shipping policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $60.

We ship via Australia Post for all local and international orders, which can take up to 5 business days (up to 14 business days for New Zealand & International orders) depending on if you are in a metro or rural area.

Please allow an extra 48-72 hours for your order to be dispatched during peak times.

Express shipping is available at the checkout, which takes 1-2 business days, we ship all Express orders via Australia Post Express.

For international orders, shipping is quoted at checkout depending on your country and area code. All International orders are sent via Australia Post which is a carbon-neutral courier service. All of our shipping is tracked. 

All US orders include duties and taxes, so there are no additional charges on arrival.

All orders are shipped from Sydney Australia.

Lost or stolen packages

Please note we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products. We are not responsible for your order if you enter the incorrect address, once the order is dispatched we cannot redirect it so be sure to check the address before confirming your order.
