Refund policy
Start a Return:

We want you to love your frames. If they are not quite right, full-price orders are eligible for return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
If your return falls within this window, we are happy to offer a full refund.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your frames must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them

Returned with all original packaging, including the case and cleaning cloth
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email update. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on your payment method.
Please ensure you keep your return tracking number, as we are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is faulty.
International Returns

Faulty Frames
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will happily replace it or issue a full refund.
Please email us with your order details and a short description of the issue, and we will resolve it for you.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return your item.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives with us.
We do not cover lost or damaged return parcels. If your frames are lost in transit, we are unable to process a refund or exchange.
